Bank of America - repaying fees?

This is great news for anyone that has paid an overdraft fee between 2000 and 2007 at Bank of America, or one of their recently acquired banking institutions (Fleet Bank, LaSalle, US Trust, etc). There is currently a class action lawsuit that was settled for $35 million on behalf of the customers receiving unfair and high overdraft fees!

Bank of America has agreed to pay $78 dollars (which is about he price of 2 overdraft fees) to customers that qualify and sign up for the class action suit. You can do it online, or by mail here:

Tonight I'm gonna to party like its 1999..

I kind of accidentally stumbled upon this song that I had originally downloaded in about 1999 during my freshman year of college at Wittenberg University. I am not sure if it is the nostalgia, the track, my reflections... who knows... but somehow this song is making me totally relaxed, calm, and inspiring me to contact my old dorm roommate.

And, I am feeling kind of old. Not in a bad way, just... realizing how much has changed in the past ten years, and how I could have never imagined I'd be where I am now...
